Professional tennis player from 1980 to 1994. She started her career playing ping pong and her dad would bribe her to practice "just one more hour". Ms. Daniels has played matches agains Martina Navratilova, Tracy Austin and was ranked 15th in the world singles division in 1982. She was ranked No. 1 junior in the world by the ITF in 1979 and participated in 12 years of World Team Tennis and played for four years with John Lloyd and Jimmy Connors. She won the U.S. Open Mixed Masters International in New York with A. Amritraj in 2003. She has been a volunteer coach at Munster High School and with the Munster Parks and Recreation Department. She was inducted into the Indiana High School Tennis Coaches Hall of Fame in 2000.
