Lowell Thomas

Born April 6, 1892 in Woodington, Ohio.
Died August 29, 1981.
Lowell Thomas, actor and writer, was one of the first radio and television broadcasters. His signature sign-off of "So Long Until Tomorrow" was one of the best known in broadcast history.

He graduated from Northern Indiana Normal School, which was rechartered as Valparaiso College.  He went there from 1909 to 1911 and received both a Bachelors and Masters degree by taking a double work load.
