Mr. Lewis is a successful author, economist, poet and educator. He graduated from Wirt High School and went on to obtain his Ph.D.; writing his dissertation on the Soviet economy. His articles have been published in academic journals such as The Nation, The Progressive and Technology Review. He has also contributed stories in Ms. Cricket, Ranger Rick and Highlights magazine for children. He is most known for his children's books such as The Tsar and the Amazing Cow, The Moonbow of Mr. B. Bones, Ridicholas Nicholas, The Frog Princess and Christmas of the Reddle Moon just to name a few.
