Program Description
-Co-ed Fitness Center open to residents/non-residents of Hammond.
-Capacity to serve large numbers.
-Universal Paramount weights, treadmills and stationary bicycles.
-Racquetball courts; indoor running/ jogging.
-Jacuzzi/ sauna.
-Secure lockers and shower facilities.
-Outdoor parks: tennis courts, baseball diamonds, beach/shoreline.
-Windsurfing at Hammond Marina.
-Five pools. (Four outdoor and one indoor).
-Erie Lackawanna Linear Trail (bike trail).
-Facility rental.
-Monthly Senior newsletter.
