-There is a wait list for all programs.
-Speakers available.
-Families and individuals, disabled, elderly or over age 50 (for senior building). Must meet income guidelines.

The Hammond Housing Authority (HHA) provides homes for low-income families and individuals. Those who meet income requirements are selected in accordance with the Hammond Housing Authority Occupancy Policy.
