Featuring keynote speaker David Fitzsimmons 

Hammond (May 3, 2011) – The South Shore Convention and Visitors Authority will hold the annual Tourism Week Luncheon at the Indiana Welcome Center in Hammond on Wednesday, May 9^th. Registration begins at 11:30am and the lunch will begin promptly at noon. Tickets are $35 per person and tables of 10 are $300. RSVPs will be taken until May 2^nd by calling Bethany at 219.554.2229.

            This year’s keynote address will be given by David Fitzsimmons, a worldwide syndicated cartoonist. He will entertain the audience with his illustrations and light jabs. The luncheon will also discuss the state of the tourism industry along the South Shore.

            The South Shore CVA will also host the Crossroads Chamber of Commerce Breakfast Mingle on Wednesday, May 9^th from 7:30am to 9:00am at the Indiana Welcome Center. A continental breakfast bar will be offered.
