Dr. Michael Pfleger, pastor of Saint Sabina Church in Chicago, will keynote the fifth annual Northwest Indiana Youth Violence Prevention Conference, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Friday, May 11, at Indiana University Northwest. Sponsored by the Community Organizations for Families and Youth (COFFY), the conference is designed to help adults and youth develop strategies to stop the acceleration of violence in today's society.
